Return & exchange policy

Six Point Press will happily accept returns within seven days of you receiving your order for any item purchased online that meets the criteria of our online returns policy. If you are unhappy with your purchase and wish to return or exchange an item, please submit your request to hello@inhouse.nz

Returned items must be unused and in perfect condition, with all original packaging intact. Items that are returned otherwise may be rejected and returned to the customer.

Six Point Press cannot offer returns or refunds on items purchased on sale or with a promotional discount of 15% or more. If your entire order is returned for a refund, you will receive back the total cost of your order, less the shipping fee paid initially. If you received complimentary shipping on your order, there would be an automatic $10 deduction fee to offset any shipping and handling costs. Once we’ve received your return, please allow 5-10 business days for the return to be processed and appropriate remuneration to be issued.

Return & exchange policy

Returns & exchanges must be made within seven days of purchase for a credit note only. Cash refunds will not be issued. Credit notes are valid for 12 months from the date of issue. Sale goods are final and, therefore not returnable or exchangeable.
